Now here was TOKKA, a little snapper without any ice cream. Just a soggy sugar cone.

And here was a small, Misfit Mouser without a home. Just a fire hydrant

Anyway it did not take Tokka long to spot the 'lil Rat-eatin Rover. The first thing TOKKA noticed was that he was hungry.
